We loved the location, comfort, but most importantly the staff is AMAZING. We were given a 10 minute run down of the city, attractions, and recommendations for our stay in Florence. The hotel was spacious, clean and comfortable. I will be booking here for our next stay, it was that good.

Fantastic stay - highly recommend!
Amazing location, so close to the Duomo and centre, but still quiet at night. Clean and spacious room, appreciated the water in the fridge. The host asked if it was our first time in Florence and gave us a quick intro to the city, as well as a map. We also happened to be able to check in earlier than expected, which was great.
It wasn't an issue for us, as we only had carry-on bags, but you ahould be aware that there is no elevator, and there are more steps/stairs between floors than in North America.

Loved the location and the ease of transportation from this place. The hostess was super helpful with tips and map intro to the city. Also very accommodating of luggage before and after our stay
